OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager/ Team Leader to be part of a dynamic team at our Victorian site, based in Tullamarine. Reporting back to Management, the Account Manager will maintain existing sales and actively develop new business. The role will require a broad range of skills including, negotiations, strategic planning, communication, lateral thinking and the ability to adhere to a call plan and also produce these for other team members and other required attributes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities
  • Maintain call plan and pipeline activities and follow up on these pipelines
  • Maintain an accurate customer database
  • Develop & implement along with Management, initiatives to increase profitability and build a sales plan
  • Ability to forecast future sales activities
  • Mentoring other team members

KEY CRITERIA

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Current drivers licence
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and identify Earthmoving machines
  • Highly developed sales skills
  • Organised and results orientated
  • Strong computer literacy
