We are seeking an Administration Support Officer for an immediate start for 24 hours per week (negotiable).

Duties of this part time position include:

  • General administration including filing and archiving both manual and electronic and daily account tasks
  • Processing general correspondence and communications
  • Creating and compiling member database reports
  • Carrying out typesetting and formatting of publications and reference manuals
  • Uploading articles and blogs to website and social media
  • Assist with setup of events and training courses
  • Assist with maintaining relationships with Members

A wage will be negotiated with the successful candidate, as a guide the range will be $22 – $25 per hour plus super. A pre-employment medical is required at no cost to the applicant. A position description is available from gavin.moreira@cmpavic.asn.au.
