A big day is planned for CMPA Members and other interested industry players in the metro suburb of Attwood.
8:30am—4:00pm: Minimising Rehabilitation Bonds Workshop (includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea at Best Western Airport Motel, Attwood).
The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with appropriate best management practices required to minimise rehabilitation bonds and to develop a CMPA hard rock quarry progressive rehabilitation guideline table of contents.
The Guideline when developed will also be a mechanism that may be used to keep rehabilitation bonds manageable, minimise liabilities and assist with ensuring your legislative responsibilities are met.
4:30pm—7:00pm: Members General Meeting (includes dinner from 7.00pm at Best Western Airport Motel, Attwood — Attendees to purchase their own alcoholic drinks).
This is an opportunity to hear about the Resources Victoria Strategy, including work plan applications review and compliance, and the 2024/25 Road Maintenance Budget for Victoria.
