A woman has died after the truck she was driving fell into a quarry at Nyora, in South Gippsland on last Tuesday (1 Mar 2016). It is understood the woman, 30, was operating a dump truck at the top of the quarry near the edge when the incident occurred. The woman died at the scene.
WorkSafe is investigating.
